+ -1 moreOrdered out to load a 5000 pound machine onto a flatbed trailer. 10 minutes worth of work on the outside. They charge 3.5 hours for this work. They are 22 miles away and they said it took an hour to get there. I hope they enjoy the one payment they ever get from me. I wouldn’t recommend them. Too dishonest.

+ 0 moreSmashed one of the headlamps while moving the car. When I spoke to the owner of the tow company, he denied that his driver damaged the car and wouldn't repair it. His driver didn't use a damage list sheet indicating any damage to the vehicle prior to touching it. Very unprofessional. Also, what reputable tow company doesn't use AAA?
