+ -1 moreThis may be news to some, but Insured titles also services personal loans. I have a business loan from a relative. Insured titles wrote up the contract according to the terms we agreed on, and keeps track of my payments as well as sends me tax forms at the end of the year. Before I had Insured Titles servicing my loan, I could not keep track of interest vs. principle, loan balance, etc. They charge a VERY small monthly fee to do this and I can't tell you the peace of mind it brings me knowing that the loan is now trackable, and recorded as it should be. I am also in the process of buying a house and my mortgage provider highly recommend them highly as well!
