Description of Work: Josh is a great person who wants to do a good job. I am glad he offers the non-toxic solution for inside, while having the option to use the chemicals outside if necessary. It is probably a good sign that Josh is very busy, but that has resulted in my one non-A score, which is punctuality. For the most part he can get there on the agreed upon time, but I have had a couple of fairly long waits. I understand that in this line of business things come up, and he was most apologetic last time. It was certainly nothing that would keep me from continuing to use Holdfast again. Overall I give this company an A rating and I have recommended Josh to my friends.
