There was a lot of clean up work involved and Gruzzly Asphalt did a terrific job. They were also helpful in helping us save money on the project.

It went well. I called on 8/29/2013 and they came mid morning on 8/30/2013. The weather forecast was good for only evening showers. The sealer was dry by the time we got a very light shower that evening. We did not drive on the seal job for 24 hours as instructed. I will have them come back when the driveway shows the need with cracks and etc that need sealing. One of the current company partners sealed this driveway in 2010 with the company name of Grizzly Seal, He is now a partner in Grizzly Asphalt. This 2010 work was the first seal job on the driveway which was paved in 9/2008. Do be sure to check the weather forecast and make sure you have enough time for the seal coat to dry before any rain. In this case I had about 6 hours in the high 80's and a light shower did not completely cover the surface as the 6 hours ended. Discuss the time needed with the Grizzley Asphalt provider based on the anticipated forecast and temperatures.

I was unsure what to expect with hiring a seal coating company to seal coat my driveway. I heard a horror story from a neighbor who hired a big company in town - they did a sloppy job and wouldn't fix it. I spoke to one of the owners, Aaron, who was able to squeeze me in right away, as I had family coming in town for a visit. He was very professional and talked me through the process - the bid wasn't the lowest or the highest - about in the middle. But Grizzly Asphalt rolls on the sealer material instead of spraying it, which is more time intensive but makes it last longer. I was very satisfied that they took their time with the job and made sure I was satisfied with it before leaving. My driveway really pops now - with a very smooth black finish. I received several compliments from neighbors. I like that this is a smaller company. Overall, I would use them again and recommend them, although I would call further in advance next time as they book a few weeks out.
