GREAT WHITE CARPET

We have used Great White for many years. The owner and the person who does the cleaning is Philippe Landais. His business is now named Missoula Rug Cleaning. We have our carpet cleaned by Philippe one or two times a year. We have a light colored carpet and 2 dogs and 3 cats. They don't relieve themselves on the floor at all. However the pets and we do make the light colored carpet look quite dirty. We are gardeners and track in a plenty of dirt. Our carpet is a real challenge for a carpet cleaner. We are truly amazed at how good the carpet looks when Philippe is done. My husband and I always remark to each other that we can't believe how clean it looks after Phillipe has finished. Phillipe is a super nice person and is interesting to talk to. He is originally from France and has a wife and kids here in Missoula. My husband and I are 67 and 71 years old so have had lots of experience with carpet cleaners. Phillipe's work is by far the best we have seen. I think his price is reasonable. We have had other companies to clean our carpet and maybe even charge less, but when they clean your carpet, it's like it's almost new again and he gets out all the stains and it's stays clean for a really long time. I think that's the difference, the stains don't reappear very quickly at all, it takes almost a year for him to come back. He does a really thorough job, plus he is super respectful of your house. I had another company who poured-out the cleaning liquid in the grass and it killed the grass. He's so great. We have no problems just leaving him so he comes in to clean while we're on vacation and also does the job. We just completely trust him. He's wonderful. Just one guy and he calls you right back and he's great.
