Fast, clean, went above and beyond. Even removed old duct work that was no longer needed and capped off abandoned stack, AND checked my natural gas fireplace for no extra charge. Exceptional service and $200 less expensive than other bid. Highly recommend!!!

Working with Graybeal was great right from the start. Rick, the owner, came out right away to look over the job and had an estimate to me within a few hours. (They had been recommended to me by my electrician.) As soon as I accepted the bid they scheduled the work to be done. Unfortunately, they could not finish because we needed the electrician to come back before they could complete the job. They helped coordinate with the electrician to keep things moving. I didn't know when they would be back but the morning after the electrician finished I got a call from Vance, who explained the weather was going to get cold and they wanted to make sure the heat was on in the loft. Wow! I didn't call them, they called me! And they were there within the hour to finish up the heating. Every step of the way they went over and beyond. Russ always removed his shoes when working on the hardwood floors, they were meticulous and Vance was always on the look out for items that should be addressed. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in helping us pick out the right wifi thermostat for our house. They always returned calls promptly, always helpful and incredibly knowledgeable and professional. In addition, when another contractor kept bailing on me they were able to step in because it was within their expertise. I would never consider using anyone but Graybeal for my heating and A/C work. We are also going to install a fireplace in the master bedroom and they will be doing all the work since they also install fireplaces. We are lucky that we used them initially and we will tell everyone to use them. They are the kind of people you would feel confident doing the work at your parent's or child's house. They are just that good!
