GRANT CREEK EXCAVATING

I called Grant Creek Excavating in mid July 2013 and the owner answered on the first call. I was impressed that he was willing to come out to my property that very day and look at the septic tank and excavating job. He seemed down to earth and said he could do the work in about 2 weeks. He seemed serious and I was grateful that he responded so quickly. The job was to remove an old septic tank and install a new one with a drainage field. I remember telling him how glad I was to have found someone willing to do the job because I had called 3 other companies before his trying to get a company who would do septic excavation with no luck. He said he was busy for the next 2 weeks but would get back to me with an estimate and I wrote down my email address for him to contact me. He never wrote me or called me after that day and I had to find yet another company to come out and look at the job and actually do the work.

After getting estimates Grant Creek was the most responsive contractor that I talked to. He did research and gave a very accurate bid. (Other contractors bid from 20000 to 24000. They did a great job and every one communicated well. They did not cause any unnecessary damage and did a great job cleaning the site afterward and making it ready for landscaping. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

It went very good, start to finish. I have hired several people to fix up my house over the past six months, and this company was by far the best of all of them. It is so nice to have people who want to work, care about doing a good job, and actually do it.
