They were awesome!

Fresh Coat Painting work estimate was to paint 2-bathrooms, patch wall in bedroom and paint, paint and install wallbase and paint front door of home: poor quality painting and coverage - didn't even 'cut-in' wall-to-ceiling paint which left 1/2" of old colored paint around the entire ceiling, did not sand or paint wall patch, did not protect floors while working over *1-day new* carpet and flooring, removed door lock and now we have to replace $300 electronic lock because they stripped the screws and jammed the lock, we also have to repaint 2-bathrooms and wall patch, and finally the estimate stated Fresh Coat Painting would supply paint which we paid for and supplied separately and did not receive credit or refund for the cost of 3-gallons paint and more .. owner David Sanez DID NOT even come back to see quality of work in person, only reviewed my photos .. be aware and careful, we selected Fresh Coat Painting based on online and web reviews, so we feel compelled to share our experience

Zero contact after requesting a bid, not even a “no thanks.”

All aspects of painting our house went well . David and his crew were very focused on quality . They were pleasant to have around and very easy to consult with during the process .

We appreciate David's professionalism, the crew ( Mike & son ) , the quality of work , and the final walk thru. We would definitely call Fresh Coat Painting for our next painting job.

This was my first experience with Angie’s list and it was a success! I’m a project manager and was in need of a painter ASAP. David, the owner responded immediately. He delivered a bid within a couple of days and his price was very competitive. Fresh Coat Painting finished the job more than a week ahead of schedule. Mike, his employee was a pleasure to work with; very friendly, punctual and talented. During the course of the project, I had additional drywall that needed to be completed. Again, David was able to give me a very competitive bid and completed the job well within the time allowed. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Fresh Coat Painting was an integral piece in the completion and success of our project. David has my permission to use me as a reference. I am thankful to have met this family and looking forward to many projects and years together.

The painting was meticulous. I am completely happy with Patrick's attention to detail in his painting and with David's professionalism in all business aspects. The communication among Patrick, Dave and myself was constant and effective. I am now a believer in Valspar paint because it covered walls, ceiling and trim beautifully. The results are great. Everything covered great and edge work is impressive. I really appreciated the attention to detail from our walkthrough (they caught things I missed). David and his painters were also very receptive to our concerns and got zero voc paint.

David and his team did an excellent job refreshing our rental unit! David was super communicative, responsive and prompt. Because of the paint color we chose, the job wound up over budget but David worked with us to make sure the updated cost felt fair. I will definitely employ Fresh Coat Painting again for our paint and remodeling needs!

Fresh Coat Painting did a great job painting the exterior of our home. Fresh Coat owner, David Saenz, was responsive and straight forward in his approach to bidding and completing the job, and his head painter, Mike, is a craftsmen who did fine work our restoring our home. They did very good work for a reasonable price and we are happy we went with them.

The folks at Fresh Coat were fabulous. They showed up when they said they would, communicated frequently by phone and even text message, checked in at regular intervals to make sure we were happy with the way things were progressing, and even worked around wrinkles in our own schedules so that the job would be completed before out-of-town visitors arrived. The end result is flawless, giving new life to a house we'd purchased that was sorely in need of a facelift. They were tidy, careful, and paid great attention to details and touch-ups as the project wound down. We've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, and this was easily the smoothest experience — and for a very fair price, given the size and scope of the project.

David & his team at Fresh Coat were simply amazing. From the 1st phone call to the last meeting they were professional, friendly, thorough and went above and beyond. We needed our deck repaired in a couple spots and painted. The quote was timely and fair. The work was professional and the team went above and beyond to make sure the furniture/lawn/lower deck were all protected during the job. The head painter has very high standards, asking to have further pressure washing done before he started the painting process. They also performed some extra work, not originally included in the quote. I would highly recommend Fresh Coat to any one!!!

These guys are fantastic. They transformed my two main living spaces in just one day. The price was fair and “the reward” keeps appreciating in value daily. David made a solid recommendation on a particular shade of white that turned out great. The workmanship was done top notch, with quality material.. He’s an all around professional and you should ask him about Marshmallow. I’m highly recommending them and I will eventually do more business in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Not only were they prompt to respond to my requests but they were on time and communicated back to me everything I wanted to make sure we were all on the same page. The paint job looks amazing and they did not leave my home with out making sure I was satisfied with their work. Highly recommend David and his team as they did amazing work. You can trust them to take care of you for a great price.

The crew was on time and on budget. Did what they agreed to do and left our home cleaner than they found it! They also checked in after the job to make sure we were happy with the service. They answer the phone and or return calls promptly. I have and will recommend them to anyone.

David was extremely professional and his attention to detail is immaculate. I highly recommend and will definitely use again for any future painting jobs!

I am super picky about work done in my vaca house, and like doing a lot of the work myself, but this was too big of a project that I just didn’t want to do myself. Ralph and his team were super professional and the work they did were absolutely up to my expectations! I will be in contact for future projects.

David is amazing! He is so polite, friendly and his work is beautiful. He always shows up on time and completes his jobs before deadlines. Our property management company hires him alot and we can not say enough good things about him. He's also competitively priced. We will continue to hire David as often as we can.

David did an excellent job. He was tasked with a difficult job that posed unforeseen issues that were not present when he first bid the job. He was very professional, honest and communicative. I would recommend David for any painting/remodel job.
