Description of Work: It took 5 weeks for Fred's to repair a bad heating element on our year old GE dryer. They didn't ever call us to update us on the status of the repair, we had to keep calling them to see what was going on. At one point, we expressed our dis-satisfaction with how long it was taking and the person in the service department actually said, "Well, you are not our only customer you know." We will never buy another appliance from Fred's Appliance.
