+ 0 moreIt looked great when finished, but there was a small problem with the slant to the west not getting done. Dean immediately recognized the problem. He stated that it had to be done right and brought his crew back tore out the part of the slab that was off and replaced it. Now it not only looks perfect, it is perfect. He even put topsoil fill on the sides.. So many times I have had contractors make mistakes and not own them. With Dean, showing him the problem and having him address it in a thoughtful pleasant fashion was UNBELIEVABLY REFRESHING. This project was a difficult problem to solve and Dean addressed it well. I cannot recommend Dean and his crew strongly enough. His work is professional, his crew good to deal with. He was prompt both on the original project and fixing the repair.I wish I had more work for him to do.
Description of Work: I had both a drainage problem with rain and snow water draining toward the house and a problem with dogs bringing dirt into the house constantly. Dean immediately saw what needed to be done and poured a long rebar enforced slab with a pinch point from the driveway to the house.It was to have a minimal slope to the west. It looked great when finished, but there was a small problem with the slant to the west not getting done Dean fixed it promptly. Dean was the low bid of 3 and had the best plan. He came in $2000 less than the high bid and $1000 less than the next bid..

+ -1 moreHis team arrived one afternoon and set forms ,They carefully measured all angles and inclines. They arrived 7 a.m. the next day to finish the forms and put in rebar and the only wait was from the concrete company to come to pour.. Even with that all was done by the evening. The work was all professionally done. His team worked exceptionally well together. He even offered to and will bring in fill to smooth everything out next week and included sealer in the price. I have never seen a more professional competent contractor and I have worked with many over the years.
Description of Work: Dean came out, assessed the problem, and gave me a prompt estimate by email. I needed a concrete driveway to solve a a difficult water problem with rains and ice problem in the winter draining toward the house.I had several other companies give me estimates. Dean was $2000 to $1000 dollars less and immediately knew what to do to properly solve the problem.He even identified another problem, that I hadn't deemed as serious. His team arrived one afternoon and set forms , they arrived 7 a.m. the next day to finish the forms and put in rebar and the only wait was from the concrete company to come.
