City laws prohibit my fence that would keep animals out of my yard and using it as a dog waste zone. The cost of what the fence installation did not suit what this city would permit. City of Missoula,MT has ridiculous rules, and even the contractor agreed that it was not cost effective for what the city would allow. Fence rafters are great and so are their people, I definetly use them if I could.

I was impressed with Kelly who gave me the estimate after careful measuring and discussion. Much more professional than another local well-known company's representative and final bid was cheaper by $1000. Work started and completed on time, even though it was very rainy during installation. Workers were polite and helpful, and no slacking off on the job. Did not tear up the lawn with a skid-steer, but instead dug all the post holes by hand, and deposited the soil in my designated area. Repaired a couple breaks in underground sprinkler lines that occurred during digging. The necessary fence lines were very close to the sprinkler lines around the perimeter of the property, and it would have been nearly impossible not to have had a few issues with leaks. All messes cleaned up, except for some minor concrete stains left on the driveway. No concrete remnants left on the lawn. Kelly returned a few weeks later after fence was damaged by two large buck deer who probably did not see the newly installed black fence at night and plowed into it when spooked by a dog. Fixed the damage without charge! It doesn't get better than that.

Service was provided timely and as we had discussed. Quality was good and they were easy to work with. They followed up after the job was completed to be sure everything was OK. The only minor complaint was that the posts had a bit of mud at the base that they could have been cleaned off and there were a few rocks left around the base that could have been smoothed out or removed.
