Description of Work: Started great. Peter is a brilliant designer but can't run a business. Missed or was late to 3 of 4 scheduled appointments (without providing notification to us until the last minute if at all). Provided amazing paint color schemes for our house but we never received the rest of our paid for design plan. When we tried to call him one last time after more than two weeks of unreturned calls, texts, and emails, his phone was out of service. In fact, when I spoke with another vendor recommended to us by Peter, the vendor also stated an inability to reach Peter. I think he Has the potential to provide great design insight but at the end of the day, we did not get what we paid for and the customer service was non existent.
