Elite Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: We had scheduled an apt. I left a voice mail the evening before to confirm the time etc. He did not show up or call or text or e-mail even though he knew that I was expecting him and he wouldn't be there. He had ask me to give him my address etc. on his e-mail which was on his web site since he was driving while I was talking with him to schedule the apt. I could not find his web site so I left the information on his phone the evening before the appointment. Apparently he was upset that I had not gotten the information to him sooner and, therefore, felt he did not need to let me know he would not be there. He called at 3 pm when the apt. had been at 10 am to reschedule. I told him how inconsiderate I thought he'd been when I had waited for him and called often that morning and he didn't even take a second to send a text, e-mail or call to tell me he wouldn't be there. He then told me that he didn't want to work for me if I was going to be upset about that. I think Peter from Elite Carpet Cleaners is several steps short of a professional. I found him to be arrogant, rude, and, of course, unreliable. I would recommend anyone else over Elite.
