I was only in town for a few hours and it was going to take more time so they told me what the option were and what to do when I got home. Very professional and responsive.

+ -1 moreThe Computer Guys provided the service in less than 24 hours. Services were professional and the explanation of the problem was thorough and documentation was provided.
Description of Work: The Computer Guys provided warranty service for my MacBook Pro. I had a display problem and they checked it out. The technician showed me how to correct the problem using the keyboard if it happens again. Although no immediate repair was needed, their services will cover the display if the same problem occurs again and cannot be immediately corrected.
