Really? I looked up "Best OF Computer Repairs for Missoula" and found this company. I called and was told to stop by ad drop it off. The screen kept going to sleep and I tried everything to fix it. At the shop I left it with the woman at the front desk and was told they would get back to me the following day. A week later, I called and called leaving messages for a return call. Finally, the woman (I think Emily) called and said she was sick and that the owner was supposed to be collecting and returning calls. She did not know the status of my computer but said she would find out and call me back. I told her that the customer service from this company was unacceptable and that I was going to try and do something about it. I just needed my computer back. Twenty minutes later, I received a call from the owner, apologizing and saying that the monitor seemed to be bad and he would replace it within the week. Well, it's now week 4, going on 5 and I still have no computer. I have left daily messages and no return calls. When I drive by the shop, no one is inside and there is no message on the door. I'm beside myself and would advise anyone living in Missoula to absolutely NOT do business with this company. The lack of professionalism and customer service is amazing and very disappointing. If something has happened to the owner, then someone else should have picked up the ball and contacted everyone who has business deals with them. I need the software and hardware on this device to monitor weather and irrigation. I'm not sure where to go from here.
