Description of Work: The store employee was prompt showing up to measure and ordering the necessary products for the work being done. The installer provided by the store was not prompt and the work done was not inspected by the project manager or the store employee who was overseeing the project. I was not consulted or asked if I was satisfied with the work. When the store employee came to collect the money I voiced my option about the work not being finished and he assured me the work would be completed, he did not follow as promised.

+ -1 moreThe project ended before the work was completed. Workers were unreliable and didn't show up as scheduled. The work done was not discussed with me for my satisfaction.

Description of Work: I bought flooring from them before when we remodeled our last house. Excellent service, quality products, and reasonable prices. I went back when we decided to built our new house. Brad was great as usual to work with. Looking forward to installing our new flooring !!

+ -1 moreI have been so pleased in their service and their products that we will be returning to them as we are just about to break ground on our new house. I will be purchasing the same flooring I had installed in my old home.
Description of Work: We added a sunroom to our home and had already bought flooring for an earlier remodel in the kitchen/dining room. We wanted to have it match and they were able to make that happen. I have worked them with tile and carpet as well. They are extremely helpful when picking out products as they are knowledgeable in knowing what will work for you.
