Horrific. lol they are total scumbags and to be avoided. Rented an apt from them for one year paying full rent despite being promised from day 1 that the new oven sitting in the middle of my living room would be installed. The kitchen sink also when turned on sprayed water across the living room so also was unusable. They didnt fix anything nor even show up. Ever. So basically paid them $570 a mo for a working bedroom for a full year, also not even full working because NONE of the windows could be opened at anytime because there were no screens at all. Also 2 weeks after moving in upstairs neighbor flooded my basement apt with 3 inches of water. Bounty had a carpet guy come and clean up the water but didnt pay him to replace the carpet. So in my living room I had the brand new oven and a huge roll of carpet that smelled like mold. This situation lasted a year until my lease was up then I told them I was not paying them anything until they fixed the issues. They again promised they would. 4 months went by and all I got was an eviction notice from an apt I paid full price for for a full lease and only could use the bedroom. Even the bathroom was only half usable due to black mold and a sink that had to be turned on an off underneath the cabinet. Nice huh? I called them 3 times a month for 16 months and NOTHING was done about anything as long as rent was on time. Corey who runs it is an incredibly inept man that seems only capable of taking money but nothing else. He will however go on for endless hours yapping about his family history here on montana which is a nice 4 hour history lesson while he's sweet talking you into renting a dump. It's hysterical now they got away with this scam at all. I paid for an apartment I could not even move into due to the entire living room/kitchen area flooded and carpet riped up an piled in the middle of my living room. I paid for storage space the entire time I lived there because I could not move in cept the bedroom.
