The man who came out did a good job. He is a fair guy who does his work. He charges a fair price.

We have a complex dual-unit, split-system high-efficiency furnace/boiler/domestic-water/heat-pump in a rental. Even though we've spent more than $3,000 on post-installation repairs in the first two years it has never worked right and the heat failed during the cold snap over the holidays so we were looking (on a Friday afternoon) at putting the renters into a motel until the and quot;big boysand quot; could come, and quot;maybe Monday.and quot; I had worked with Bo Bo before and knew him as one of the smartest and most hard-working people I've ever met so I gave him a try. Bo Bo re-arranged his schedule and he and Mike came over late Friday and spent many hours trouble-shooting the broken part and fixing other problems that had been there since day one. Before they left Friday night we had a temporary repair of the main broken part and a warm house. Saturday morning Bo Bo came back with the new parts and installed and calibrated the parts and tuned up the whole system, he also checked back on Monday. Everything works flawlessly now and it's much, much better than the day it was new, or any other day before Bo Bo came. The best news is that the total bill including all the parts was less than $500. For electrical and HVAC, you don't need to call anybody else -- call Bo Bo first.
