+ -1 moreThis business did not do the work we ask for so I cancelled his service. He refuses to refund what I overpaid for his work. I am in the process of taking him to the small claims court in Missoula, MT.
Description of Work: I paid in advance $120 (bill pay from Wells Fargo acct) June 4, for Blades of Glory (aka Damion Sgreni ) to mow my lawn four times during the month of June.

+ -1 moreI paid in advance $120 (bill pay from Wells Fargo acct) June 4, for Blades of Glory (aka Damion Sgreni ) to mow my lawn four times during the month of June and on May 10, 2013 I did sign his contract for services but I crossed out the unacceptable portion of his boilerplate (the early termination sentence) on the contract and I have a copy of the contract I signed. My lawn was mowed the first week in June but was skipped the next week. This was the second time in the two months that a weekly mowing was skipped. So, on June 11 I called Mr. Sgreni and cancelled his service due to his lack of performance and asked for my $90 refund. He refused citing an early termination to his contact. I pointed out that I had not agreed to that part of the contact. He stated that did not matter.
Description of Work: Mowed my lawn in May and June 2013.
