Don and James did an outstanding job helping us bring an existing (dated) system up to date. Amazing attention to detail, didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and got the patchwork of existing gear and new to work together beautifully. They immediately reached out when I set up the request. When I called back, they were able to have a tech here within the hour. They were quick, efficient, clearly qualified, courteous, friendly, did more than I expected (including drilling a couple of holes so I didn't have wires showing) and then stayed to show me how to work the tv. I highly recommend this company.
