ABC SEAMLESS OF MISSOULA

This was a terrible experience. The representative came out before the agreed time. When we arrived home from work we waited 40 minutes after the agreed time and then were finally able to reach him. He told us we were wrong about the time and when he arrived we were not there. He did not try to call us at any point about his error. He left our gates open and let our cat out into the unsecured front yard near a busy street. He was angry and rude but did come back to our home to discuss and estimate. When he arrived he had a terrible attitude. He presented 3 different options then told us how bad the first two were. After more than forty minutes of little more than bashing two options we asked about pricing. He gave us a range that had a six thousand dollar difference but never clarified the differences in the top and bottom price. When we tried to wrap it all up he kept saying "why, what's wrong?" and "Is there a problem?". He was hostile and rue the entire time. He acted like he was superior to us a s people and we should be lucky to be in his presence. He literally looked down his nose at us. We have a 3500 sq foot two story house so the job was not small. In the en when we said thank you and good night he immediately said that he could drop three thousand dollars off his bottom price if we went with the cheapest product. He left in a huff and we could not get him out of the house fast enough. We have no idea what the quality of the work or product offered by ABC are like but the customer service is terrible. we were so discturbed by the erratice behavior of their representative that we added another lock to our back door.
