I called to get a quote to replace a kitchen window and he provided a quote quickly. After I called back to say to go ahead with the window order it took a while for the window to come in. Once the window was ready they scheduled the replacement. They weren't able to come on that day, the first job went long, but rescheduled for two days later. When they did the replacement they did a great job. Professional, had all the right tools, protected my house from dirt and damage, cleaned up afterward, and for the price as quoted. They re-cut the trim to fit the new window, re-installed it, and caulked it. They did a great job.

We checked with a number of window companies to upgrade the windows in a 1920-era rental. Abbott's was the best bid. He showed up on time to make the bid, was patient in advising me of the options available, and ordered the windows promptly so we could move the job along. There were no mistakes in the windows he ordered, and they seem to be of good quality. They showed up on time for installation. They did the job swiftly, neatly, and carefully, and cleaned up after themselves. John worked with me on special requests I had and removed the old windows as agreed. We were pleased and will use them again.
