Matt arrived two minutes early - looked things over and got to work. Did a GREAT job - very conscientious - it's now a week later and the carpets look and feel great. Our carpet is 21 years old and has had a lot of use. We've had it cleaned off and on over the years but this is the best it has ever looked after getting cleaned. Totally using him again - in about 5 years............ haha :D

Matt is very professional and know his business. He gave me a quote over the a phone which was very close to the actual final cost. He made an old dirty carpet look new. He arrived on time, and completed the job in the time he had estimated. Have already recommended him to a couple of friends.

Matthew, the owner of AAAA Carpet Cleaning of Missoula, arrived December 27th in response to my daughter's distress call. She has two cats that slip into the master bedroom and sleep under their bed all day. She and her husband thought they had figured out a system of keeping the door locked. But somehow the cats slipped into the bedroom and were locked in all Christmas Day. Maybe three small children helped. The two cats had already ruined her old king mattress, and now they had defecated and peed on the new $700.00 mattress. I searched Angie's List for an upholstery cleaner and found AAAA Upholstery Cleaning Service. The smell pervaded the whole bedroom. But Matthew said he had a few tricks up his sleeve. He had a deep cleaning machine and something else called a water claw that sucked up the water and cleaner he had injected into the mattress. As soon as he left, she entered the room and smelled only a trace of the cleaner which disappeared in a day. No more offensive smells and no more investment into another new mattress. Do you know this provider is not even in our phone book? If it hadn't have been for Angie's List we would have never found him. Many thanks, Angie. You saved the lives of two cats, and maybe a marriage.

Matthew arrived promptly and set up his equipment quickly. We were very happy with his work. The carpet (good quality, but has been in the house for 28 years) looks great. We had considered replacing the carpet in a room that is heavily used, but it looks so good after cleaning that there is no reason to replace it. Matthew works from truck mounted equipment, so there is minimal equipment brought into the house. I highly recommend Matthew and will use his services again myself.

I found Matt with AAAA Carpet Cleaning of Missoula through Angie's List. We spoke over the phone and he was very friendly and seemed more than willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. I then asked him to give me an estimate. After talking to my husband, I called Matt back and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. Matt came to our home and was faced with the task of cleaning 3 rooms of carpet, large area rug and living room furniture which is all approximately 12 years old. Needless to say, he had his work cut out for him. I had cleaned the carpets periodically over the years with my own carpet shampooer but it was never professionally done. My micro-fiber couch and love seat looked horrible. I wasn't sure if there was any hope for them. Matt was awesome and amazing!!! He was prompt, professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with. He assessed the task at hand and explained to us what he was going to do. He went right to work and did a fantastic job. The results were absolutely amazing and so much better than I ever thought possible. Matt is a man of his word and the estimate given to us up front was what we paid - there were no extra costs or hidden fees. I will recommend him highly to any and all of my friends, co-workers or anyone else in need of his services.

Matt (the owner) just left and WOW what a GREAT job he did. First of all he was on time and in fact, just a little early, second he was clean and neatly dressed, he was courteous and very polite. Second he explained what he needed to do to give me the best results and he explained what the products that he would be using would do. We have cats and so he used an enzyme for urine smell, a rust stain remover and traffic pattern cleaner ALL Eco friendly. He cleaned 3 chairs and the living room and dining room. The chairs look like new again and the carpet, while 20+ years old and tired looked great after cleaning. He even had pieces of Styrofoam to put under the chair legs to protect the carpet and chairs while the carpet dried. All in all a very thorough and knowledgeable professional. I would and will use him again, and I will recommend him to friends and relatives. A great experience!

Friendly on the initial phone call. Same person I spoke to on the phone came and cleaned my carpet. He was a very nice person. Knows alot about carpet and stains. Did the job fast, and a BETTER job than I have ever had done in the past. I will use this company from now on because I have used a few different carpet cleaners over the years and this was the best experience I have had.

OVERALL I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. MATTHEW AT AAAA CARPET CLEANING DID AN EXCELLANT JOB EVERY TIME HE SHOWED UP AND ALWAYS ON TIME. I HAVE LIVED IN MISSOULA ALL MY LIFE AND I HAVE USED OTHER COMPANIES TO CLEAN MY CARPETS BUT MATTHEW WAS THE BEST OVERALL. NO OTHER COMPANY COMPARES TO AAAA CARPET CLEANING

I had received a postcard from them advertising $15 fees for halls & stairs. What they don't tell you is you have to spend at least $60 in order to do anything with them. What should have supposedly cost me $30 ended up costing $70. I only went with these guys to try someone new who was supposedly cheaper. Well, buyer beware! This is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for," but only worse because I ended up not getting the cheap deal! While they did show up on time, that's about the only positive stroke I can give this company. Not only was the work exceptionally poor, but the guy was pretty rude, too. He made several snide comments, both to me and to his partner when he thought I couldn't hear him. He also argued with me about what the stains were from on the carpet. This guy was most certainly the creepiest person I've ever had in my house! AAAA will NEVER come back to my home.
