Description of Work: They replaced the spring coupler on the pump of my hot water heating system. They DID NOT try to sell me expensive and unnecessary repairs and replacements like some contractors try to do!

When I called them, they immediately knew what the problem was. A guy came out to fix the problem who was not experienced with heaters, but was more of a plumber. He claimed it took him 5 hours to fix the problem, however, I feel that someone with more experience could have fixed the problem much quicker. I called them at 8am on their 24 hour service line and they arrived around 9am. UPDATED ON 05/10/2012: See above. When I got home I received a bill for close to $500 which I was told was a discounted rate. I offered to pay them half as the problem should have been found on the inspection and they sent out an unqualified person to fix the problem. They refused and now have put a lien on my house. If that wasn't bad enough, they left me with an unsafe situation with the replaced pop off relief valve not properly drained in a visible place into the floor drain as it was before they changed the valve and is required by code. The relief valve has either over pressured or over temperature after their fix and has flooded the area around the boiler and now I'm going to have to call out another repair person to figure out the problem with the boiler and go to court to counter sue them to get the lien taken off ad make them pay for their faulty service. Boiler relief valves need to be checked every 3 years. This boiler is 7 years old. This company inspected it 2 years ago and this year and on neither occasion checked the relief valve or replaced it as is recommended in hard water conditions. Now they have left me with more than a head ache, they left me with a totally unsafe condition and a court case to deal with and I have to find someone competent to fix the mess they left behind.
Description of Work: This company came out to fix my boiler. UPDATED ON 05/10/2012: Approximately 2 weeks prior to March 6 I had them come out to do a boiler inspection. The man pulled the boiler apart and did a bunch of things. The air relief value was plugged and I had to insist he change it. The water had a lot of debris, but he failed to tell me that it needed to be drained and refilled. He didn't check the relief valve. Two weeks later when I was about to leave for a week long trip I heard water running in the basement. The boiler was flooding the basement. I called this company and they sent out a man who described himself as a plumber not a boiler man. He pulled the the tp value off and changed it and was about to leave when I told him he had to stay to purge the system as there was bound to be air in the zones. The relief valve was corroded. I left when there was 2 zones left to purge. They refused and now have put a lien on my house. If that wasn't bad enough, they left me with an unsafe situation with the replaced pop off relief valve not properly drained in a visible place into the floor drain as it was before they changed the valve and is required by code I went to check it today and found the relief valve has either over pressured or over temperature after their fix, and has flooded the area around the boiler and now I'm going to have to call out another repair person to figure out the problem with the boiler. This poses an electrical hazard now.
