They couldn't get to it for 3 days and refused to schedule an appointment. They decided they needed multiple plumbers for the job and were sure to charge hourly for them. They were satisfied after getting a 2 inch head through a 4 inch sewer line and it's backing up again 2 weeks later. $450 dollars wasted. I'll call anyone else in the future.

My new furnace was up and running in less than a day after the old one failed on a Friday evening. They performed a service call Friday night and determined the chamber was cracked and was irreparable. My tenants were only out of the house for one night.
Description of Work: I have a number of rentals and Regan's keep them humming, from heating and cooling to plumbing. The guys are great and I can rely on them to do what is necessary! This last service was a furnace that was down and out. Duke took the time and installed it on a weekend after first working on it on a Friday night to try to get it going. That is service!
