I can only speak to the experience of the actual tree removal, as my landlord made all of the arrangements as well as handling payment so I have no information on those areas. While I did not make the appointment with them, I know they were able to accommodate us very quickly once my landlord decided to call them, as they came to remove the tree just days after she and I discussing it. In term of the service itself, they were quick, efficient and clearly experienced. My landlord called to let me know to expect a call from them, and within an hour they had followed up to let me know they would be there the next morning. They did not give an exact time, which can be annoying, but they were conscious of this and asked me whether the time range would work or if we needed to look at an alternative time when they could be more precise (as my landlord had specified that one of us HAD to be home when it took place). As I was going to be home all day, the range was fine. They arrived first thing the next morning and immediately got to work. As someone who knows nothing about tree removal, I thought it would be much more complicated than it was. They inspected the tree, walked around my yard to identify how other trees, bushes and powerlines would affect things, determined how they wanted to cut it and the next thing I knew it was on the ground. That entire process took less than 15 minutes, and they were clearly competent and knowledgeable about every step. Once the tree was down, they took approx 20-30 minutes to cut up and actually remove the tree, and when they were finished you would have not known that anything had occurred there aside from the very small stump. My one and only negative was that when they arrived, they just started to work without first letting me know they were there. While I personally did not care, my landlord had been very specific that someone MUST be home when they took out the tree, so I'm sure she would not have been pleased to know that they did not verify that before they began. There were cars in the driveway, but we have 3 vehicles so that is not really an indication of someone actually being home. Overall though it was a great experience and I would certainly utilize their services again!
