Long duration projects (over 30 days) requires a 50% good faith payment prior to project commencement, with 25%/ ¼ payment due at seventy-five percent completion and the remainder 25%/ ¼ due on project completion and acceptance.

I prefer "Time and Material" project where you purchase the material and then cut me a check weekly until job is completed. I charge $50.00/hour. I will also do bid work, half expected at the beginning of the job, the other half at completion (depending on the size of the project.) Must have a minimum of 8 hours of work.

I am a self-taught artist, initially drawn to experiment with pastels and colored pencil, and now working with acrylic on canvas. My art speaks for itself.
