Could not have gone worse. They showed up two hours late. Then they said they would be back in an hour with the part, three hours later nothing. They are not able to process credit cards. The owner gave gave my credit card info out to a contract employee to run on there personal Venmo account. The old say you get what you pay for really applies when you deal with this company.

It did not go well. The repairman was not very well kept and did not wear a mask despite the fact the client was high risk and it was the midst of Covid 19 pandemic. Office manager said the client was a liar and could not tell the same story regarding the needed repair. The repairman already had the repair order so there should have been no problem. Additionally the office manager, Tom, spoke harshly about the client when another family member tried to get to the bottom of the problem with the service call. There were no repairs made. Client was told the appliance only had a 2 year operating life.

They were pleasant, and professional.

RN Appliance sells new and used large appliances and also repairs them. We bought a new Speed Queen top loading washing machine that is highly rated online. A bit pricey but has a 3 year warrantee that covers everything. They installed washer next day after purchase and hauled my old washer out at no cost since we live in Laurel, MT, which is where RN Appliance is located. Very friendly and professional, took care to install washer properly, and I'm just extremely pleased with his service; that includes Tom at the office and Ron's assistant in the field.
