We had rain gutters installed by this company about 2 years ago because they had good reviews on your site. He did the work at that time and it seemed good but now i am having problems with the downspouts clogging and I have called them repeatedly and left messages and they have not returned my calls.

James was perhaps the best contractor I've ever worked with. He came out and gave a bid within the same day I called, and he was able to schedule the work within my timeframe. He went the extra mile to help me get a rather complex job done. Hard working, efficient, and very courteous. A top notch professional and a master of his craft.

I work with adults with disabilities and we needed the gutters resloped at one of my client's homes so the melting snow / water wouldn't spill out onto the driveway and create an ice-skating rink. I called All-Star and they went out the next day to do an estimate. They got back to me right away with a great price - considerably lower than another estimate. We had to schedule the work a few months out because they were so busy. However, they called me the week of the scheduled work and told me they would be coming early because it was supposed to snow and they wanted to get it done before the weather got nasty.

The estimate was accurate and very professional. Good phone skills and prompt responses. They install the gutter while we were away on vacation and did a very professional job. We recommended them to our neighbor and while they were installing the neighbor's gutter they made sure to check that we were happy with the service. They then recut and reangled the downspouts so that they flowed away from the neighbors' houses so no one would have to worry about flooding again. They did this last part free of charge and after hours. Very professional and we are very happy with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting new gutters or needing an adjustment.
