Bob Rossman Group

We are very happy with the work Bob and his sons did. They gave us an initial careful estimate of our fairly complicated (and deteriorating) situation and came up with a proposal and several additional options. Their attention to detail and level of communication were exceptional - emails, photos, updates, and the end product is beautiful. We couldn't be happier, will use them for any future projects, and would recommend them unconditionally.

Their attention to detail is second to none and communication was excellent with lots of photos of the project on their website as well for us to look at almost daily. Friends and family (some of whom had been in the trade) that came to see the place during construction were amazed at the quality of building materials used and how immaculate the job site always was. Our architect and the insurance appraiser both told me they felt we got a very good value for how well built the house was and what we paid for the construction. There were even instances that Bob suggested things that would help us save money but not change the overall look of the house at all. We lived out-of-state during the construction of both the garage/guest house and main house, and made only a handful of visits, but were totally comfortable with everything they did and their communication throughout the projects. They are professional and friendly and everything was done on time, on budget with no worries. I would recommend The Bob Rossman Group to anyone needing anything from a high-end custom house built to decks, siding, etc. You won't find better builders in the valley, I'm sure of it!
