The repairman showed up on time and did not have an immediate fix. He was leaving for vacation and could not promise to repair it immediately. He tried to do a and quot;patchand quot; and did not work so we were out of a refrigerator for several weeks, one while he was on vacation and another while he ordered a part.

I was not able to be there when ken came out to check out the washer. My daughter said he showed up on time and was nice. He looked at he machine and tested some cycles and said the pump had failed and that it was the second one this week and he would have to order the pump. A week later he called around 5pm and said the pump came in and he would like to replace it the next day..
The part was replaced and he moved the washing machine back in place and tested it. He then cleaned up his tools and the old parts, informed us the washer was repaired and that there was no charge as it was a warranty repair.
Of note a month later the control board went out and it took Frigidaire a month to get a replacement. Lowe's was getting ready to give me a replacement had it taken 2 days more. The part was shipped to me and when I got it Ken had one of his guys come out and replace it. Same efficient, polite service. Will call Ken for all my appliance repairs. I will not buy any Frigidaire appliances ever again.

Ken was very professional. He called and set up an appointment to be here and was on time. He was very polite and courteous. It only took him a couple of minutes to find and fix the problem. He left his contact information with me and informed me there would be no charge as it was covered by the warranty. He followed up with a phone call a couple of days later to make sure it was working okay. Great company to deal with.

They had their little blue booties on and they were very pleasant. It is a very small business. They talked to me and I felt very safe with them in my home. When they took things apart, they laid down a towel to put parts on. They were very clean and they wiped the appliances down. They were very fast. They talked to me while they worked on it and explained things if I had questions. They were just awesome. It was warranty work. As soon as I called for the warranty, they called right away and were out the same day. They were very, very professional. I would absolutely use them again; I even have their magnet on my refrigerator.
