They still haven't come in. I asked them for a discount on my rental property because it took so long. They said no and refunded all of my money and are not ordering the windows at all now. He told me that he had forgotten to order them the day I placed the order. This is not the first time I've had problems with this company.
Description of Work: I ordered windows last month. I was guaranteed that they would be here in two weeks.

So far so good. Will repost after some time passes as to quality of product. Owner was great and congenial to work with. Installers were punctual and quick. Very satisfied with how fast work began from order date.
