Description of Work: Replaced a water heater and a pressure guage. The owner Chris was warm, professional, very knowledgeable. A decent human being. He had to reschedule several times,(a little frustrating) one time due to a back problem. He worked around my needs, came back and fine tuned things to make sure everything was working properly. I was impressed. Will gladly use his services again.

+ -1 moreChris was great. He was incredibly responsive, professional and polite ... and came within a few hours of connecting. Took his shoes off before coming in ... cleaned up after himself and even gave me tips on how to avoid making the mistake that would cause the same back up - including looks at the unit itself. Wow. Hopefully I'll avoid this again but I may just purchase a better unit and I'll definitely have him install it.
Description of Work: cleared very clogged kitchen disposal ... yuck ...

+ -1 moreI immediately felt reassured when Chris showed up. He was pleasant and professional and it didn't take long to see that he was a capable and competent plumber. He fixed the leaky drain / garbage disposal and the installation of the water filtration system went very well. I liked that Chris paid attention to detail and seemed committed to doing a good job. We have several other plumbing projects coming up in the future, including the completion of a remodel, and we will definitely be calling Chris to do the job.
Description of Work: We contacted Chris at Royal Flush Plumbing because we needed to have a water filtration / purification system installed. We called a plumber because the system came with pages and pages of installation instructions that seemed rather involved and complex and required parts and tools we didn't have. We also had a leaky drain/ garbage disposal that needed repair.

Description of Work: I called Royal Flush to have someone come out to fix a problem with my dishwasher. When I talked to Chris, he told me that he does not work on them...but referred me to a local company Bud Block and that he had worked with Ryan from Bud Block and thought he did good work. Called Bud Block and Ryan came out the next day...need to order parts so will review Bud Block next week when the parts are in. I just wanted to write this review to say how refeshing it is to have someone refer you to another company that they have worked with. Thanks Chris!!!! I will call you again.

+ -1 moreChris showed up at the approximate time he gave me, brought in the tools and materials he needed and only made one trip back to his truck for a larger tool when my old drains proved to be much more corroded than anticipated. He explained what he was doing and why. I liked not being ignored or talked down to.
Description of Work: I needed new basket strainers in my old stainless steel sink. Chris cam and quickly put in the new ones. He cleaned up thoroughly and was pleasant and professional the entire time. He added up his invoice and asked how I would like to pay. I appreciate this, having been in the position of having to chase down customers that did not pay when the job was done. I will use Chris for future plumbing service work and have even asked for a bid on a remodel project. I have every confidence in his ability to get my job done right.

+ -1 moreAfter a water feed line to the master bathroom toilet broke, we were in dire need of getting the water turned back on! My husband called a couple other places but was put on hold or they were trying to sell him things he wasn't interested in. What we needed was someone who would answer the phone and agree to come fix our toilet! Chris answered his phone, gave us an estimated time of arrival and although he was running a bit late, (he and his wife were checking out a daycare center for their one year old) he was able to come in and fix the feed line in less time it took us to find him! He's a gem and a real professional!
Description of Work: Royal Flush came to our rescue and fixed a broken water feed line into the master bathroom toilet. Checked and made sure all was tight and charged a fair price for his talents and service.

+ -1 moreI called Royal Flush to ask for an estimate. Chris, the owner of this new business is a previous employee of In Sink Plumbing, which I have used in the past but is no longer in operation. I left a message on his phone and he responded in less than 1 hour. Chris himself came to our house to review what was needed, and arrangements were made for a day and time for the work to be done. Chris arrived at the scheduled time and completed the required tasks in a very efficient, thorough, and professional manner. He was very considerate (removed his shoes upon entering the house) and friendly. I would highly recommend this business.
Description of Work: Repaired bathroom sink and tub, replaced portion of water supply lines in basement, checked operation of sump pump, installed drain line for sump pump, repaired toilet.
