They found the cover to the tank, dug it up and drained the tank(which had not been done in 25 years). Very satisfied with the work which was done.

Brian was very professional. When I called in to get the price, the lady told me it would be $300; it turned out that they also charge a labor charge of $90 = $390 total. An okay price. The fellows did a good job. After it was all done they went to leave and the truck had shifted off the driveway into our yard and the as the driver tried to go the wheels went deep into the yard. My husband helped in getting it unstuck by using our come-a-long and a tree on the opposite side of the driveway to get the truck away from a tree that it had slid toward while the driver was trying to get unstuck. In the process of the driver trying to get out, the curbing around that area was compromised under the wheels of the truck. We will have to wait until spring thaw to see what damage was done to the curbing and whether it will need to be replaced. If it does need replaced, I am sure that Ready Freddy will be fair and pay for it.

These guys are awesome and professional. Straight forward and proactive, I truly felt they had my interest in mind.

Called on Monday Oct 7th and made an appointment for Friday Oct 12th. This is the first home I have owned with a septic tank and I uncovered one opening. John was took the time to explain the type of tank I had and told me that this tank had three openings that had to open to properly pump out the tank. John said he could return the next day once we had the remaining opening uncovered. We opend the two remaining openings within an hour and called John to tell him he could return the next day. He was back at the house within two hours and pumped out the tank. While working he explained how the septic tank worked, recommended a cleaning schedule and products to use twice a year to keep the septic tank healthy. I would certainly recommend Ready Freddy Septic Tanks service to anyone who asks. Price was very reasonable for the time spent pumping out the tank as the previous owner told me that she had never had the septic tank clean before.

We live out of Lakeside a few miles so we did wait a little, but were happy with the service provided.

John is easy to work with and they do a good job with this unpleasant task. We have used him 2 times prior, and would call again. It helps keep your costs down if you can have the access ports to your tank uncovered, and he can spend more time cleaning the tank. He pumps out the **** and then will hose down and actually clean the tank and pump chamber (if you have one). He is a small operator and uses an answering service, but you can usually speak to him if you need to, he will call you back. He is usually booked a few days to a week in advance during late spring through fall. The other septic services here have more staff but charge a higher fee. I recommend him.

These guys were awesome. This is the first time we've had our septic tank cleaned out since we moved in in 2005. We didn't even know where it was. No wonder ... there was a rock wall sitting on top of it which was blocking access to the tank. These guys had to dig and move BIG, heavy rocks to get to it ... all the while being very pleasant, professional, and upbeat. Hats off to the guys at Ready Freddy. Great job. My septic had not been flushed out in 7 years. I was able to get a prompt appointment. The men who did the work were on time and very professional. I would use Reddy Freddy again and would absolutely reccomend them to everyone.

Called early on a Monday morning to inquire about getting our fairly new septic tank pumped for the first time. It rang through so I thought they may not open until 9am. Received a call-back about 10 minutes later and was able to schedule a site visit for the very same day. The crew arrived within a couple of hours and got the tank and filter cleaned quickly. It turns out that our filter was clogged and our septic would have likely backed into the house before much longer, so I am quite relieved to say the least. In case you didn't know, you should clean the filter at least twice a year! The crew was very professional and knowledgeable, answering lots of my questions. I would definitely recommend Ready Freddy Septic Service in Kalispell, MT.

They have been good. They did a really good job. They responded quickly and fixed the problem. It seemed like it was reasonably priced. I know them too, and I got them to know them better since they did the work. The guy was nice, conscientious, and on time.

Did a great job. Gave us info on how to care for our tank to avoid issues in the future. The man in charge was a bit graphic in his description of what not to put in the toilet and how the trash is cleaned out after the pumping.

We have always been pleased with Ready Freddy services. They are helpful and careful. They also clean up after finishing a project.
