I worked with this company for over two months to schedule the cleaning of two bathrooms, a garage and haul mattresses and other furniture out of my parent's home. Each time I called (which was numerous times as phone calls were seldom returned) I had to start from the beginning as they never seemed to take notes. I finally contacted and met with the owner in January. He guaranteed the work would be done but when we arrived in March to start packing the house what we found was atrocious. The entire home looked like it had been ransacked. Items that we marked for removal were still there while others (a new riding lawnmower for example) were gone. Only half of the garage floor had been cleaned while tools that were supposed to be boxed up were strewn about. It was truly horrifying to see. We contacted the owner again and true to his word he did arrive the next day with two workers to rectify the situation. However, that is when the blame game started. They tried to blame the missing items as well as the lack of other items not being hauled on the neighbor who opened the house up for Goodwill. Why one of their employees was not there to supervise was never explained. Neither was the fact that no one checked the job to be sure the work was done appropriately. It took an additional two days of our time to and quot;superviseand quot; the workers he assigned to complete the job. I had to make sure items were not taken as well as make sure shelves and walls were appropriately power sprayed (it took three tries to get this right). The missing lawnmower was never recovered. The tools were poorly packed but by this time we just wanted them gone. Oh and the bathrooms? While not left in a mess like the rest of the house they were far from clean. A company like this just wears you down. We had to pay for extra days in a hotel because of their lack of honoring their end of the contract. I would never hire them and would never recommend them. It broke our hearts to find that our deceased father's lawnmower was gone and well as his prized tools strewn about. We will never know what else was taken that should not have been.

great, the provider did an excellent job

Wow - these guys are amazing. We have used them for years to clean carpets for our rental home. The most recent renter says they got the carpets cleaned professionally, but they were just awful. So we called Rainbow. Just as expected, they did an amazing job. It was the difference between Night and Day. Every single stain is gone and the carpets look fresh again (and mind you, they are pretty old carpets). Thanks again, Rainbow, for being so reliable. That's why we keep on using you!

They were not 100% satisfied with the results after the first pass so they volunteer to come back a second time free of charge! By the time they left the carpets looked great! Their willingness to come back and finish what they started shows the high standard they hold their team to. I need to add that there were no complaints that spurred the comeback they pointed it out and followed up! I have worked with Rainbow on several occasions, and have used them for all of their services. They have always strived to provide the very best service! They are not always the cheapest but, if you want the best then look no farther!!
