Called for an estimate. He was here on time for the estimate, his price was fair. Ryan started on time, but metal materials were not correct, and took days to fix [metal wall and trim color] issues. He worked around metal problems, but failed to meet contract deadline. July 7, he had time to finish, materials were here and correct, but has not called or showed up to finish. No contact from him or his company since July 13; that day, he worked 2 hours and left. He has been paid in full. We had left messages to call us but he has not returned our calls. July 26th, we called the local phone number, his mother said she would tell him to call us. Update July 27th, Ryan called last night, came and finished the garage today.
Description of Work: Build a 16 x 24 garage. Contracted June 20 , to be completed by July 12. Front is not finished on July 22. Has not called to explain what is going on. Update July 27, garage finished. Ryan called last night with excuses but came at 6:30 AM and finished the garage by 2 PM.
