Description of Work: My barn apartment had flooded and pipes had frozen.. When we called Bob Paulsen, he came over immediately. After checking things over, he said it was "a plumbing nightmare". Pipes were graded backwards and fittings were wrong. He gave us a price and said he would have to replumb the whole apartment. He crawled into a very tight area, stayed there for @ 51/2 hours, replaced the flooring when he was done and did a complete cleanup. Although the job was more complicated and took longer than expected, Bob stuck to his quote. The plumbing works beautifully now and the horrible smell is gone. Bob is both professional and personable. I have recommended him to others and all have had similar experiences. I would not hesitate to recommend him and use him again.
