+ -1 moreHot Water heater quit working sometime in the middle of the night, discovered in the morning. Called just after their opening time and Mr. Parker was there in about an hour and done in a half hour. He showed me the burnt out part and explained to me in laymans terms (I'm not familiar with mechanic/repair lingo) what it's function was and what most likely caused it to burn out. .
Description of Work: Hot Water heater thermocouple replacement.

+ -1 moreMy furnace went out on of the coldest days. I had only owned the home about a month so I didn't have a hvac person yet. I asked my co-workers who they use and several use Parker Aire. Mr Parker was there within a couple of hours and in less that a hour he had my furnace up and running. He was courteous, polite and explained in layman's terms what the problem was.
Description of Work: Ignition lighter went out on furnace.
