 + 1 moreI have never had a bad experience and I personally have all services from there. I have never seen an upset customer that they didn't do everything they could to try to fix the problem.
Description of Work: Osprey Mobile was started in Polson as a CellularOne Contract store and has since moved to take advantage of all of the best deals out there on prepaid service. I have worked with Osprey Mobile since they opened in June of 2011. They sell phones for all carriers including GSM unlocked sim card phones that will work with any carrier. They sell at wholesale prices to give the best deals in town and have used and refurbished options to make sure there is always a phone less expensive than the competition if you are on a tight budget and just a phone to get by. Plus....Most people already have a phone that will work on their phone services. Any unlocked GSM phone that takes a sim card will work. That is ATT phones and T-mobile and CellularOne. Starting a $30 a month for unlimited talk and text....$40 for unlimited talk, text, pics, and tons of smart phone data. They also recently started doing satellite tv services through Direct TV and Dish Network. Local service that you can find the same deals that are online, but a local store that you can go in to.  + 0 moreWhen i first walked in i was a little bit nervous about switching phone carriers, but my current bill was way too high. The owner was actually in store and explained things without all the technical terms and lingo and just told the truth and in plain english, the people at Osprey Mobile were friendly and efficient and i was out the door with my brand new phone and phone service in approximately 20 minutes.
Description of Work: Phone activation, employees explained how to use the google app store and how to work my new phoine because i was truely clueless, Made keeping my old number easy and did all the work for me.

 + 0 moreI got a nice LG Slider Phone, a sim card and a month of service for $80. Glad to give a positive review. Went in after seeing a craigslist ad. Talked with them for a bit and not too long later was out the door with a fully working brand new in the box phone and service for $80 :)
