Description of Work: I am the manager of a local coffee house. They had to clean after we were closed at 7 on a Sunday. They were prompt & reasonably priced. Only downfall was my inability to be there & make sure all furniture was moved & put back. A couple of orders got delivered & my staff never put them away & so I had to have them come back & touch up a few areas. My staff member also stated the gentleman was hard to understand, English is not his first language, she had trouble trying to communicate what all was to be cleaned.

Description of Work: I remember the cost of service was reasonable, but cannot for the life of me remember what it was! | |I rated some of the questions as a B, because we had to have them come back a second time. It kind of felt like the soap hadn't been completely sucked out the first time. But they were very nice about it and came the same day I called to fix the problem!

+ -1 moretime and price approximate.. sorry lost the receipt... the thing that I did not like was that when I brought the rug home after being notified that it was ready for several days, when I went to put it back down on the floor, it was still damp. Understand, the rug was rolled up and encased in plastic, so I was concerned about the smell and possible mold setting in. Fortunately, the smell left and there has been no mold seen.

+ -1 moreArrived about 25 minutes late but did call to say he was delayed by previous job. He soaped down entire area but no attention was made to more soiled areas or spots on the rug. He was polite and liked to talk but made no effort to move any furniture, i.e. coffee table, dining room table, etc. nor did ask if we wanted them moved for cleaning underneath. The main reason for my lower grade was that he did not wear any shoe covers and repeatedly went out to his van and back into the house and walked on carpet he had already cleaned with his dirty shoes. All in all the cleaning was satisfactory but not outstanding. I thought the price was was good for the amount of cleaning done. Some trouble spots were less noticeable but still present.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room, small den and traffic area in bedroom.

+ -1 moreI needed to have my carpets cleaned and they were able to come out the same day. My technician was John and he was wonderful!! He was so nice and a really hard worker. The carpets looked like new! They were a lot less expensive than the last time I had them done with someone else and this time they looked new. I was very happy! Be sure to ask for John. I called the Whitefish number, but he will work in Kalispell and Columbia Falls, too.
Description of Work: I had my bedrooms and office carpeting cleaned.
