+ -1 moreI was upset about the situation when he came into the picture and he was very patient with me. He was calm, clear, discussed options with me, explained things, worked with the excavator and electrician we had on site and took care of what needed to be done. No drama, no surprises. He gave me an estimate listing parts and labor followed by an invoice also listing parts and labor. The equipment he installed and the workmanship is great- looks great, works great, neat and tidy! Kyle was very personable, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I'd call him again and I'd recommend him to a friend. He was recommended to me by a friend of a friend as well.
Description of Work: Kyle installed the pump and equipment needed to get water from our well into our home. He also helped solve the bad situation the driller left us. Due to our schedule it had to be done over a long span of time but he was very nice about it. He answered whether it was a phone call or text and worked us into his schedule. We set a tentative day and he kept me posted as it got close. He had water running in a few hours once we were ready.

+ -1 moreHaving a low yield well, we were interested in our best options for a well and pump system for our home. Mr. Quinnell discussed various options with us at length and helped us arrive at a cost effective solution. The install required multiple trips in order to integrate with additional subcontractors including, electrician & plumber. Overall, a high quality installation, completed on time and budget, and very professional service.
Description of Work: Installation of well pump and associated appurtenances for newly drilled well.
