MC DOWELL HEATING SVC

Dan came out within an hour of my call. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and had me fixed in cracker-jack speed! He was very clean and professional, obviously knew his stuff, and he had us repaired and cleaned up in 40 minutes. I was really impressed with his manner and performance. I had called several other HVAC dealers and the soonest they could get someone out was tomorrow and it would be a $100 show-up fee plus parts and labor then. Actually one was willing to come "within 4 hours" for an "emergency" call-out fee of $250 plus plus etc....What can I say, Dan was here and gone, problem solved, $80 out the door before one of the other shops even called me back. Oh, one small proviso, Dan doesn't take credit cards-cash or check only. since I have no credit cards this didn't bother me a bit but may be a problem for some people.
