+ -1 moreWhen they show up they do a good job. I've been using this service since August 2014 and they've been no shows at least half a dozen times. Not reliable. They also don't carry supplies, (cleaners, mops, vacuum etc...). They use yours.

Description of Work: I only spoke with her over the phone, but she did not leave me with a good impression. She seemed very cold and matter-of-fact, not a friendly voice. I will not use her service because of the manner I felt I was treated. If she wants business, then she should be more friendly. Well... she lost out on an awesome customer.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional, however i found you need to be very specific. I had them do a move out of a house and asked them to look around and clean anything that looked unsightly. They did not do that at all. What they did clean they did a good job but for the price of $85.00 an hour for two people I would have thought they could have gotten quite a bit more done.

+ -1 moreShe dusted and washed things more than I actually would have done myself - I get burnt out and only do a half job sometimes to make it seem clean - Marie actually did the deep cleaning to make my house shine and when I came home, all I had to do is warm up my dinner and I could relax in a totally clean house. Thank you Marie!
Description of Work: I signed up for a semi-monthly cleaning and I am so glad I did. I have never had a house cleaner before because I am very picky. I have become too busy to have time to really spend time on my house and I will have to admit that I let the dust and dog hair build up in my home. Marie came in today and totally did an awesome job - believe me I went through everything to see what she missed and was beyond pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this service and in fact, already have.
