We were this companies first customer and they did everything to make sure we were taken care of 100% from the start of our project! The communication was great making sure we knew everything that was going on. We very much felt like we were a person and not a paycheck. Their 24 hour service is impeccable and truly appreciated. I cannot extend enough words of gratitude to Rob. In an unexpected turn of events, a newly installed generator ran into some issues rendering it unusable until whatever was causing the issue was fixed. To add to the stress, I was located in an area where Kohler generator techs were limited and not available, and I was due to head out of the country less than two days later (so timing was of the essence). Rob stepped in (despite the fact that his location was hours away from my home) and made himself available (on last minute notice) to help troubleshoot and get the problem fixed in a timely fashion. He was a lifesaver! His expertise, professionalism, and willingness to go above-any-beyond are commendable. I cannot highly recommend him and his company Great Norther Power enough! Thanks so much, Rob!!

The best service I've ever had! He's showed up with in 5 hours of calling him and showed up diagnosed. Ran to town real quick then came back and fixed the problem. Price was a little high but got so fast I didn't mind
