Called the above company for a home alarm system that read trouble and could not be reset. They came out the first time, (late) service man had no idea what the trouble was. From what I could tell he Checked the system box, batteries, and Fuse box. He had to leave but said he would return later in the afternoon. He did not return and did not call. Finally he called about 4 days later, we set up another appointment. He arrived with a partner, called the old alarm company for some code or something and then we agreed to install a new box to update the system and get it running. They left after stating they would "bill us." The bill arrived and the cost was $420; more than what we expected. I feel the cost was high since the service rep really did not know what was wrong the first trip and we ultimately paid him tech wages to check batteries and the fuse box, which did not solve the problem. Once the bill arrived we noted the billing date was 1/31/12 and we did not recieve the bill until February 4, 2012; which would not be an issue but the company charges a late fee if the bill is not paid 15 days from the billing date. Also the bill does not state a billing date, one is to assume the "due date" represents the billing date.
