+ 0 moreHorrible…. I have a Angi / Home Advisor against them. They use separate companies to circumvent the system. Check out his their other company EV Tech, Lake Worth. You will see their account is frozen. They agreed to settle our differences with a binding arbitration. I was awarded $4,289.00. They failed to pay! DONT TRUST THEM THEY ARE THIEVES WHO STOLE MY MONEY THEY NEVER FINISHED THE JOB

+ 0 moreWe are so pleased with the results. Sean and his team went out of their way to make our new deck better than ever. They smoothed and rounded all of the railings and used treated lumber on the stair landing so water will no longer be a problem. The attention to detail was a welcome surprise. Sean listened to our ideas and designed the new deck to better fit the style of our home. All work was done in a timely manner, every night they cleaned up their work area. When the job was done all materials were removed, our landscaping was restored and we stayed within our budget.
Description of Work: The heavy snow last winter left our covered deck in an unsafe condition. The supports, railing and steps needed to be completely replaced.

+ 1 moreSean Welsh, company owner, did an excellent job. He came up with creative solutions and managed the job well. He finished the job in considerably under his original estimated time, 7 hours vs. 8-10 hours. He fit the job into his ongoing schedule, and got to it weeks before the loose deadline we'd set. I watched him work and he works very efficiently. His billing was detailed as to time and materials. Impressively, he worked off and on during the job in a cold rain. I was amazed at how he was able to inter-weave 2 bundles of new shingles with the undamaged shingles on the roof. He was able to patch the broken roof board without replacing a single sheet of roofing. The quality of the work is best described by the 2 attached photos of the finished product. I would hire Sean again without hesitation, and recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: I needed to repair damage to my garage roof caused by a tree falling on the roof eave. There was a hole in the eave, the edge board and attached wood soffitt material were torn away and shingles and roof boards were damaged. The objective was to repair with minimal replacement of roof boards and limited re-shingling. As with most repairs, creative thinking was necessary. See attached pictures.

Description of Work: Sean at Dynamic remodeled my whole lake home and I couldn't be happier with the finish work. This is a high-end home, and demanded the highest attention to detail. Sean can literally do it all, even plumbing into an existing water line to build a wet bar in the basement. 5 Stars hands down.
