+ -1 moreRugs (3) were not cleaned specifically as oriental rugs are recommended to be cleaned. Rugs were batted for dirt but dirt still evident when rolled out. Also no submersion cleaning done as recommended by oriental rug specialist.

Description of Work: They cleaned 2 of my oriental carpets. They had been well "used" by 3 puppies over the holidays. I had to deliver & pick them up myself as I live in Libby { 90 miles} away. They were very easy to deal with & did a terrific job.
