Josh was over within a couple of minutes after I called to get an estimate. He underbid his competitors and was able to install the gas pipe the next day. He used the most up to date methods for installing the pipe, and when NW Energy came to inspect the work they were impressed with the quality and the materials. and quot;You had a good plumber. He did everything right.and quot; I highly recommend his work.

Jason was punctual and very compassionate (we received a phone call about a death in the family while he was there to do the original assessment). Jason understood our desire to keep the fixtures appropriate for the time period of the house. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with his work.

Fittings came apart. Flooded my house. They came and put it back together. Less than a year later, it came apart again, flooded my house again, this time he claimed he was uninsured. He sued me for $680.00 and won $105.00 for parts that I had not replaced when I replaced the pipes and fittings.
