Description of Work: I needed what would amount to a ridiculously small service call. I knew it wouldn't be worth someone's time to come but he called me back and discussed it with me. I was able to resolve my problem without him. However, he was helpful, polite and professional. I appreciate not being treated like the moron I felt like having to call for help!

+ -1 moreBob arrived on time and quickly went to work finding out the issues with our fridge. He quickly found the problem and performed the fix and said he would be out the next day to verify his work as he wanted to make sure we didn't have any leaks. Another repair company had told us to scrap the fridge as it was too expensive and not worth fixing. Bob, with his vast experience, came up with a solution and saved us from the much more costly options of replacement or evaporator replacement. We would, and will, call Bob in the future for all our appliance repair needs. It's nice to find a contractor that one can trust. I give him an A+!

Description of Work: On his first call he fixed a dishwasher that hadn't been working since the purchase of our home. He did a great job...came when he said he would and was very professional. Then he came back and fixed a refrigerator problem with our ice maker.

+ -1 more, My commercial grade oven has not worked properly for nearly 5 years. - It is difficult to find responsible repairman here in Montana and I was reluctant to pay for service traveling 150 miles one way. Bob had worked on my type of stove many times and was only 50 miles away. The web site says it all! HE WAS GREAT! If you have questions, he will answer all of them. Bob's Appliance has integrity.
Description of Work: My Dynamic Cooking System, propane oven would 'explode' with every start. Bob took the bottom panel off and detected the problem. It needed a new igniter. He not only replaced it, but took the oven apart and checked that ALL functions were working properly. The air flow was nearly closed - so fixed that too and vacuumed the accumulated dust around that area. My oven has never worked better.

Bob's Appliance Repair offers the following services: Bob comes to your home or business to repair major appliances such as: Washers and dryers (stack and not stacked) venting of dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, stand-alone ice machines and freezers. Also wine coolers, trash compactors, stoves, ranges, and over the stove exhausts. Bob fixes high-end barbecues, microwaves & domestic-commercial washer & dryers (regular washer/dryer with coin boxes on them. He is collecting used appliances for a future parts and used appliances store.
We do not offer repair for small appliances such as blenders or lamps, toasters, TVs or mixers, lawn mowers or such. Bob does not do in-warranty work. Also, Commercial business appliances such as walk-in coolers, commercial microwaves are on his not repair list.
