Anderson's sent a very knowledgeable guy who came out once, and thought he had corrected the problem. When it was discovered that the problem had not been fixed, he visited with the people at Anderson Masonry. They contacted the stove's manufacturer to learn more about any issues this model might be having. The guy then came back and put in a whole new part, instead of jimmy-rigging the old part, which is what the stove company had suggested. He was personable and thorough. We are impressed that Anderson's stands behind their products they sell, and contract with great employees.

Anderson's was professional from start to finish. Dan and Michael inspected our existing Heatilator fireplace and recommended a wood burning insert and chimney assembly. We scheduled an installation date and the work was performed on time. Work was top notch. Dan and Michael were pleasant and were careful to inform us about every aspect of using the stove, including starting a test fire and waiting around for the results. Our insert included an electric start, which Dan and Michael installed in an existing blower bay. The work site was completely cleaned after installation. We could not be happier with the insert or with the work provided by Dan and Michael. The insert looks like it was designed for the space--an excellent match for the existing stonework.
